#xbrew Imperial Porter Progress
My xbrew beer started bubbling about 12 hours after pitching the yeast. Here are a few shots from today, the second day of carboy action I’m keeping the carboy at about 60-64 using a cool shower stall and a wet t-shirt I collected just under 4.5 gallons so there’s plenty of room in the 6 gallon carboy for all that krausen. Krausen: up close and personal.
